CONTRACT SERVICES

          Goodwill Industries of North Louisiana offers businesses two different opportunities to benefit from the "Power of Work." Through Facilities- and Community-Based Contracts, Goodwill Industries provides services and/or products to both private companies and state agencies. Our work force is composed of individuals with disabilities or other barriers to employment. Their limitations do not interfere with their ability to work. The training they receive through Goodwill Industries' various programs enables them to become productive, self-supporting, tax-paying citizens.

         Goodwill Industries’ Facility-Based Contracts Program takes previously untrained, unskilled individuals and helps them to develop proper work habits, attitudes and skills to make them employable in the competitive world of work. This program involves outsourcing for the production of goods and services. The labor can be provided at our modern, well lit, temperature controlled facility. Our Community-Based Contracts Program offers an opportunity for people with disabilities to learn vocational and team-building skills while actively participating in a work environment. These employees learn as they work, while on-site at various locations.
