Facility-Based Contracts Program

Goodwill’s Facility-Based Contracts Department takes previously untrained, unskilled individuals and helps them to develop proper work habits, attitudes and skills to make them employable in the competitive world of work.

This program involves outsourcing for the production of goods and services. The labor can be provided at our modern, well lit, temperature controlled facility, or "on-site" if desirable.

Our work force is composed of individuals with disabilities or other barriers to employment. Their limitations do not interfere with their ability to work. The training they receive through Goodwill’s various programs enables them to become productive, self-supporting, tax-paying citizens.
